We are a gay-owned and operated corporation in the Catskills dedicated to the renovation, development, and management of top quality lodging facilities for the discerning traveler. HOWEVER, just because we're gay-owned this absolutely does not mean that this is just a gay resort (although if you are gay, you will certainly feel comfortable here)!

In fact, Masserson Properties welcomes all walks of life in its lodging facilities. On any given weekend, our guest mix is a wide variety of all walks of life from straight families with children, adventure and design-loving couples, gay couples, lesbian couples, young couples, old couples, hikers, bikers, fishermen (or fisherwomen), skiiers, antiquers, you name it! Our hotel is about experiencing the beauty of the Catskills, not about your sexuality. We strive to make everyone feel pampered, comfortable, and welcome.
